Projects Under Management: These are projects that TNM manage on behalf of clients (the principals) as a purely fee based service. The fees for such services depend on the scope of work undertaken and the size of the project. These range from the simple management structure to supplying and overseeing an entire team of professionals from Engineers, Architects, Master-planners, Construction Managers and the Construction Team and Contractors. This as well as dealing with Local, City, County,  State and Federal departments as necessary

Projects (As a development Partner). These projects are where Transnational Management will join with a client as a development partner, sharing in both the risks and rewards of specific developments.

Financing Solutions. In many cases Transnational Management will help on a consultancy basis to secure financing/funding for clients in Debt, Equity and or Mezzanine formats and blends of the above. This can be for Land purchase, Infrastructure, Soft Costs and vertical Construction or any blend thereof.

Business Plans & Feasibility Studies. From a simple Proforma to a full blown Business Plan, Transnational Management has a reputation second to none. Full modeling and cash-flow analysis, theaming and presentation.
